Andrew MacLeod B.Sc MCSP
Director/ Practice Principal
If you’re looking for a physiotherapist that puts his patients first, works on a 'hands on' one-to-one basis, then let Andy manage your rehabilitation and treatment. Since qualifying in 1990, Andrew has worked in hospitals in Canada and Scotland, worked in professional football, and founded Physiomac Physiotherapy in 1993.
Ryan MacLeod B.Sc (Hons) MCSP
Senior Physiotherapist
Ryan qualified in 2010 and has worked with the practice since. He also works full time in the NHS as an Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist. Formerly he has been the lead physiotherapist at Ayr United F.C and still offers cover on an ad-hoc basis.
Ryan has a keen interest in the management of low back pain and runs our persistent pain service. He also offers a 2nd opinion service and is competent in the delivery of joint and soft tissue injections.
When not at work, he is a keen sportsman having represented Scotland at both tennis and volleyball.

Melanie O'Leary
Certified Pilates & Yoga Instructor
Melanie is a former Classical and Ballet Dancer who has taught Yoga since 2009 and Pilates since 2017. She trained in Classical Pilates at the NewYork Pilates Studio. specialising in Mat and Classical apparatus .
Melanie has worked in conjunction with our senior physiotherapists since 2018 to provide tailored Yoga and Pilates sessions on a 'one to one or group basis for Physiomac Physiotherapy patients.
